The main methods of carbon steel surface treatment are:
Solvent method: Commonly used solvents are trichloroethylene, acetone, ethyl acetate, gasoline, benzene, anhydrous ethanol and so on.
Degreasing after sandblasting or emery cloth grinding.
Water glass aqueous solution method: impregnate in 10% water glass aqueous solution at 60℃ for 10-15min, then wash and dry.
Hydrochloric acid aqueous solution method: Immerse in 18% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution at room temperature for 5 ~ 10min, rinse with cold water, wash with distilled water, and dry at 93℃ for 10min.
